ADP is a member of Ragan’s Communications Leadership Council.
Jenny DeVaughn oversees internal communications, working closely with a global network of communicators throughout ADP. She creates and executes multi-channel communication strategies for leaders to inspire, connect and energize ~63,000 associates who serve over 1 million clients in 140 countries in innovative ways to generate $18 Billion (USD) in revenue in FY23. DeVaughn also supports communications for the GenAI Now (GAIN) Office.
When DeVaughn joined ADP in 2013, she brought creative recruiting strategies to employment branding and social media. She collaborates with executive leadership to develop and deploy leader-driven messaging and growth-focused transformation initiatives, including ADP’s strategy and goals. Jenny brings unmatched energy and a passion for driving results quickly. She is dedicated to the career growth and development of her team.
DeVaughn holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix. She is a practitioner of networking with 30,000 first-level LinkedIn connections and over 15,000 followers on Twitter/X. Jenny delivered presentations and insights at Facebook’s headquarters, LinkedIn and SXSW. Jenny serves on the Ragan Communications and PR Daily Advisory Board and is the Executive Sponsor of ADP’s Toastmasters Clubs.
