Jill Coffer is a technology and operations executive with extensive experience leading organizational transformation, business operations and communications, people strategy, and large-scale technology initiatives. As VP of Business Operations at EIS, a global insurance technology company, she partners with executive leadership to drive strategic execution across Product, Technology, and Operations, aligning people, financials, and innovation to business outcomes. Jill is a frequent speaker on AI adoption, innovation, leadership, and organizational transformation. Her work includes designing and scaling AI learning initiatives, launching enterprise hackathons, guiding AI tooling and investment decisions, and helping leaders understand how to integrate AI into everyday workflows in ways that improve productivity, collaboration, and customer value. Prior to EIS, Jill held executive and senior leadership positions at Rulesware, Pegasystems, and MCI Corporation. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Evangel University and is passionate about helping organizations and leaders navigate the intersection of technology, people, and business transformation.
