Jodi Smith-Meisner is a senior communications leader with more than 15 years of experience shaping strategic narratives and building reputations across complex, highly regulated industries. Smith-Meisner brings deep expertise in public relations, executive thought leadership, and internal communications, with a proven ability to align communications strategies with business objectives.

Her experience spans corporate communications, change management, executive positioning, and stakeholder engagement, enabling organizations to communicate with clarity and confidence during periods of growth and transformation.

Currently, Smith-Meisner serves as Head of Communications for Schneider Electric Canada, where she leads the company’s communications strategy, supporting brand strength, employee engagement, and executive visibility in the Canadian market.

Smith-Meisner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from Carleton University and a Strategic Public Relations Certificate from the University of Toronto.
