Jon Alhart is the Executive Director of Brand Marketing and Storytelling at the V Foundation for Cancer Research. He leads a cross-functional team dedicated to scaling national brand awareness and evolving the Foundation’s digital footprint for the next generation of donors. Under his leadership, the V Foundation is leveraging emerging technologies like Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure its mission to fund all-star scientists and accelerate Victory Over Cancer® is discoverable in the age of AI.
Before joining the V Foundation, Jon was a Managing Partner at Dixon Schwabl + Company, where he spearheaded social media and digital strategies for premier sports brands, including the PGA Championship and the PGA TOUR's RBC Heritage. A former sportscaster and graduate of Ithaca College, Jon combines the art of narrative storytelling with the science of modern marketing.
While he’ll never be the legendary coach that V Foundation founder Jim Valvano was, Jon spends his free time coaching his two sons’ baseball teams and enjoying life with his wife and three children.
