Jon Beck

Jon Beck is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee experience including talent and recruitment, HR, learning and development, and culture & technology systems at ButcherBox. Prior to joining the company, Jon’s career was focused in education across a variety of roles in teaching, administration, and leadership within school systems. Most recently, Jon served as Director of Operations at Uncommon Schools and Principal at Match Charter High School. He earned his Master’s in Elementary Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
