Josephine Posti  

Josephine Posti is Comcast’s Director of Employee Communications for the company’s Florida Region where she develops the leadership communication strategy for nine regional vice presidents, supporting nearly 3,000 employees. Posti's focus includes communication planning for employee engagement, product fluency, awards and recognition, road shows, crisis communication and change management.

She previously served as Public Relations Director for Comcast’s Keystone Region after a successful PR career with advertising agencies and Fortune 100 organizations, including American Water and Motorola. Her award-winning freelance writing has appeared in the Palm Beach Post, travel publications and literary journals.

Posti earned her MBA and Master of Arts in Journalism from Point Park University and her Bachelor of Arts from Kent State University.
