Justin Black is the GM of Seer by Workvivo Zoom. Seer helps organizations uncover hidden employee needs, create momentum for change, and ensure every person feels part of the solution. With over 20 years across research, consulting, product, and executive roles, Justin has seen the employee experience industry from every angle and had the benefit of learning from the world's best scientists and practitioners, advising organizations including eBay, Nvidia, and United Airlines along the way. Prior to running Seer, he built the industry's first People Science function, helped scale Glint 100x, and led that business through its migration to Microsoft.
