Culture Manager - Caliber
Kate Forster is Caliber’s culture manager and leads all people-focused initiatives such as recruiting, training and professional development.
Her role is to ensure Caliber’s vision, mission, goals and company values are upheld in all aspects of the work it does. Forster champions the company culture initiatives including Caliber’s Wellness Benefits and the Caliber College of Public Relations program.
Prior to joining Caliber, Forster supported the chief innovation officer at the NeuroLeadership Institute, a human capital consulting firm focused on performance management, culture change and diversity & inclusion. She also worked at hedge fund Meru Capital in New York City.
She earned her B.S. in Public Relations with a Minor in psychology from Kent State University.
