Director of Research & Insights - Ticketmaster
Kathryn Campbell is the Director of Research & Insights at Ticketmaster, the world’s largest live event ticketing company. At Ticketmaster, Campbell oversees marketing and product research that shapes the fan experience for millions of concert-, sport- and theater-goers. Prior to joining Ticketmaster, she helped form the product and marketing strategy for dozens of companies, including Boston Consulting Group, Toyota, Mazda, Behr Paint, Disney Weddings, Verizon, Gardein frozen foods, Monrovia Plants as well as numerous financial, healthcare, and not-for-profit organizations. She has launched dozens of successful new products as well as hundreds of websites, mobile apps and interactive experiences. Campbell founded the Los Angeles chapter of the User Experience Professionals Association, and served as both Vice President and North American Director on the International Board for UXPA. There, she played a pivotal role in expanding UXPA's global membership and developing a consistent brand presence for the organization's chapters. She currently leads the LA UX Research group, one of the largest user experience research groups in the world. She has also taught multiple marketing and UX professional certification programs.
