Katie Duthaler is the global head of internal and colleague experience communications at Aon, where she leads the organization’s worldwide internal communications and colleague engagement communications strategy focused on attracting, developing and retaining top talent and creating a workplace where every colleague feels relevant, connected and valued as their authentic self. She previously served as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton with 10 years of experience leading award-winning communications and organizational behavior change initiatives focused on mental health, women’s health, and military transitions, as well as topics at the intersection of science, health and public policy. She is also a member of the board for the DC/MD/VA Chapter of the ALS Association.
