Kim Purcell

Kim is a Senior Director of Strategy & Planning on Hilton’s Executive Communications team, where she works closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, sharpen executive messaging, and keep the organization aligned on core priorities. Based at Hilton’s headquarters in McLean, Virginia, she leads initiatives across strategic planning, business operations, AI enablement within Hilton's global Corporate Affairs team.

She’s known for making complex ideas simple and actionable, and for building practical, scalable approaches that help leaders stay focused and drive meaningful impact.

Before joining Hilton, Kim held leadership roles at MilkPEP (home of the iconic “got milk?” campaign), including Chief of Staff and Senior Communications Manager. There, she led strategic planning and execution to support organizational goals and broader industry impact.
