Kristan Keene

Kristan Keene is the senior director of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging at Informatica. In this role, she partners with employees and senior leaders across the company to create a vision for global inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging (IDEB) that inspires their global team and corresponding strategies that enrich the employees, the company’s DATA values and the bottom line.  She previously served as the CIO chief of staff at Informatica and before that she evolved and promoted the thought leadership platform for the corporate vice president of Worldwide Public Sector (WWPS) at Microsoft. She started her career in technology at Cisco where she worked in the executive communications office.
