Kyle Pearson

Kyle Pearson is the associate vice president of Colleague Communications, guiding how the organization reaches and engages colleagues across CVS Health. Prior to joining our team, he led internal communications for Global Consumer Banking at Citigroup, where he helped to establish a customer-centered culture and strategy for a newly formed division that brought together four separate businesses. Prior to that, he led the enterprise internal editorial and channel strategy for American Express, and he has also led internal communications at the Federal Aviation Administration. He lives in Brooklyn, New York, with his wife, and their five children and four pets. In the free time he can find, he loves going for long bike rides with as many hills as possible.
