Lara Hamm

Lara Hamm serves as Chief Communications Officer at Jackson Lewis P.C., a nationwide workplace law firm with 60 offices throughout the country. In her role she oversees strategic internal communications, media relations initiatives, awards and recognition programs, crisis response plans and both internal and client-facing events for the firm. Lara serves as a strategic advisor for the firm’s leadership, providing counsel on communications issues and change management strategies to ensure alignment with the firm’s business goals.

She lives just outside Philadelphia with her husband, three children and labradoodle Moose and spends her free time reading and serving on the board of her local library.
