Melissa Shahbazian

Melissa is an experienced executive coach with specialization in the “future of work”. Co-founder of MVP Spark Coaching, her areas of focus include leadership development, executive boards, communication effectiveness, and emotional intelligence. In both individual and team coaching, Melissa’s mission is to connect people with their passion and to encourage deliberate foresight in designing a successful work life. Melissa is trained in the MVP 360 Coaching proprietary “Pivot” Coaching program.

Melissa also serves as an Executive Coach to members of Ragan's Communications Leadership Council.
