Nicole Moreo is the head of customer insights for North America at LinkedIn and the North America Chapter Chair for the International Association for the Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC). She has a proven track record of looking beyond metrics and developing analytics programs that have a direct impact on strategy optimization and business outcomes for her clients. The ability to tell a holistic data story across an audience’s journey is at the crux of Moreo’s passion and expertise. She integrates data points across the entire marketing and audience ecosystem to identify the trends and insights that lead to smart, sophisticated strategies and support ongoing business efforts. Before joining LinkedIn, Moreo served in a leadership position at the global agency Ketchum as EVP, Head of U.S. Analytics overseeing and guiding a team of analysts across 13 industry sectors and integrating with multiple specialties. Nicole was also recently named one of the “Top 25 Innovators in America” by The Holmes Report.
