Olecia Christie serves as our associate vice president of Employee Communications and Culture. Since joining Banner four years ago, she’s spearheaded communication programs and initiatives that significantly improved our effectiveness, including launching Banner Times, our quarterly CEO publication, enhancing content on our intranet, Banner Connect and leading our Leadership Town Halls.
With a strong commitment to our trust focused workplace culture, Olecia has worked on a number of leadership and personal development initiatives across many industries, including large scale global entities.
Prior to Banner, she made significant contributions to communication teams and belonging program at LinkedIn, Amazon and other technology companies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Master of Science in Global Strategic Communications and a Doctorate of Strategic Communications focusing on Organizational Diversity. She's married to her husband, Howard, with their two boys, Jaiden and Jax.
