Meet Paul Elsberg, a 20-year veteran in reputation management and Constellation Energy’s first Vice President of Brand Reputation. A Nasdaq-traded Fortune 200 company, Constellation is the nation’s largest producer of reliable, emissions-free energy. Paul leads efforts to grow and protect the company’s brand reputation with key stakeholders and keep the C-suite’s finger on the pulse of reputation matters. He directs efforts to measure and elevate Constellation’s reputation and strengthen its community relationships and impact, overseeing teams responsible for brand strategy, advertising and insights and philanthropy programs that drive $20 million in annual charitable giving.
Before joining Constellation, Paul was Vice President of Communications at Exelon-owned ComEd, an electric utility serving 4 million customers. As a member of the company’s executive management committee, he oversaw internal communications, external communications and brand. Prior to that, he served as Director of Corporate and Marketing Communications at Huron, a Nasdaq-traded global consulting firm for the complex healthcare, higher ed, and life sciences sectors. Paul’s career took flight at boutique PR agency The Reynolds Communications Group, where he ran programs for B2B, B2C and quasi-governmental clients.
