Quiana Pinckney, APR, is Vice President of Corporate & Brand Communications at ADT, where she helps shape and elevate the story of the company, its brand, products, services and people. She leads communications at a pivotal point in ADT’s evolution, with a focus on strengthening corporate reputation, building brand trust and deepening connections with customers, businesses and communities. ADT appointed her to the role earlier in 2026, citing her track record of guiding organizations through transformation and growth.
Pinckney is an accomplished communications executive with more than two decades of experience spanning corporate and brand communications, crisis management, employee and executive communications, reputation strategy and stakeholder engagement. Before joining ADT, she served as Vice President of Corporate Communications for Comcast’s Central Division, where she led communications supporting 14,000 employees across 12 states, advised senior leadership, directed crisis communications and oversaw a team of more than 50 communications professionals.
Previously, she held senior communications leadership roles at EmployBridge and HD Supply, where her work included organizational transformation, M&A and divestiture communications, investor relations, executive positioning and crisis preparedness. She began her career in agency and legal-sector communications.
Pinckney holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and a master’s degree from George Washington University, and earned her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) in 2015. She also serves on the board of 21st Century Leaders, supporting the development of the next generation of leaders.
