Ryan Janecek

Ryan Janecek is the digital strategy lead and co-founder of Northern Ground.  For over 25 years, Janecek has helped his clients increase their competitiveness. Today, he leads business partnerships, digital strategy and project management teams within Northern Ground, the firm he co-founded in 2012. He finds levers for impact and connects those to digital experience recommendations. Janecek helps leaders adopt customer-centric attitudes to decision-making with 17 years of digital strategy, business model design, design thinking and experimentation/agile processes. He conducts assessments and facilitates workshops to gain alignment with leaders on a future-state vision, including business objectives, capabilities, value drivers, success metrics and
milestones and technology priorities.
