Sara Lindsey

Sara Lindsey is Senior Director and Head of Global Communications & Policy at Headspace, where she leads internal, external and policy communications for one of the world’s most recognized mental health brands. Her work spans corporate reputation, employee communications, AI, public policy and healthcare innovation. At Headspace, Lindsey has helped guide communications through a period of rapid transformation, led the launch of Ebb, the company’s AI companion, and driven engagement with federal agencies including HHS and the FDA on issues ranging from mental health access to the emerging regulation of AI-powered mental health tools. Her work has helped secure coverage in outlets including the Financial Times, BBC and Fast Company. Previously, Lindsey held communications leadership roles at Edelman and Veritas Collaborative, where she worked across corporate communications, healthcare, media relations, content and employee communications. She is also a member of Mixing Board, Axios’ curated community for senior in-house communications leaders.
