Sarah Ehrnschwender
Principal - TiER1 Performance
Sarah Ehrnschwender brings a blended background of marketing, technology, and design to her communication experience. As a Principal at TiER1 Performance for the past 10 years, she has led marketing, operational alignment, and implementation of emerging technologies and strategic initiatives. Prior to TiER1, she led marketing and IT communication efforts at the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing and was recognized in the 2015 Cincinnati Business Courier Forty under 40 Class. Sarah has served on the Leadership Board for Conscious Capitalism Cincinnati and the Community Engagement Committee for The Health Collaborative. To support ongoing to AI upskilling efforts, she has served as a facilitator for Empressa’s AI Foundations for Women. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Miami University and an MBA and Master of Science in Marketing from University of Cincinnati. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Change at Antioch University focused on human-AI work collaboration its relationship to employee wellbeing.
