Scott is the Director of Communications for the Customer Service & Support organization at Microsoft. Professional storyteller, communicator, and change agent, Scott drives the teams and executives he works with to land their stories, execute change, and make business impact with customers for over 20 years at the company.

Through his career at Microsoft, Scott has been responsible for helping organizations communicate key business changes and transformation and has led communications change management workstreams and initiatives across teams as small as a few hundred, to global organizations of over 10,000.

Prior to Microsoft, Scott worked for the Washington State Senate as a public information officer for multiple State Senators. He began his career in journalism as a local news anchor and reporter in Yakima, Tri-Cities, and Spokane, Washington, which sometimes included delivering semi-accurate weather forecasts.

Scott, his wife, and two high schoolers call Maple Valley, Washington, home.
