Shannon Dawson joined Porter Novelli in November 2022, leading internal communications and employee engagement initiatives for various healthcare organizations. Much of her client work includes communications support for human resources, global talent management, learning and development and information technology sectors. Previously, she served as the head of internal communications and DE&I chair at Reliance Worldwide Corporation, where she developed and led the strategy and implementation of DEI programming, communications and establishing ERGs. Her communication experience also includes executive thought leadership and change communication, and she has worked with public and private companies in the manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, hospitality and telecommunications industries.
