Sharmistha Chatterjee is the director of social media marketing and audience development at Hallmark Media. She's passionate about creating and executing innovative and impactful digital and social campaigns for two flagship networks—Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries—and the streaming platform, Hallmark Movies Now. She recently was cited in Cablefax's 2023 Diversity and Pride Issue recognizing corporations and executives that are leading the work with DE&I efforts. Hallmark Media's Employee Resource Council won an award in the Organization Category. She also recently had the opportunity to work on the diverse movie #MakeMeAMatch, which featured Hallmark Channel's first Indian wedding. Prior to Hallmark, she served as the director of marketing and social media at Variety, marketing manager at Warner Bros. Discovery and as a senior account manager at Hill & Knowlton, among other roles. She has received accolades through several industry awards, including the Shorty Awards 2022, Faxies Best Social Media Campaign and the Cynopsis Media Digital Awards.
