Sheryl Lewis

Sheryl Lewis is the president and a founding member of ROI Communication, an employee communication and engagement consulting firm. In her 24 years with ROI, she has worked closely with clients on a wide range of initiatives, including strategy development, change management, leadership alignment and organizational design.

Previously, she was a vice president at Quantum Corporation, one of the world’s leading computer storage suppliers, in marketing and human resources.

She holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard University.
