Shira Miller is the Chief Communications Officer of National DCP, the $2 billion supply chain management company serving Dunkin’ franchisees. She oversees all aspects of NDCP’s brand image and reputation, including corporate communications, public relations, employee communications, issues management and community relations. A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Miller has more than 25 years of award-winning experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing, executive coaching and employee engagement work. She is also a TEDx Speaker, Thrive Global contributor and author of “Dislodged: Get Unstuck, Master Self-Doubt and Thrive in our Post-Pandemic World,” which will be published in 2021. Prior to NDCP, Miller served as President of Shira Miller Communications, serving clients such as Cox Communications, Spanx, InterContinental Hotels Group, Farm Rich, FOCUS Brands and the Synthetic Turf Council. Before that, Miller worked for American Retail Group, Morrison Management Specialists, The Shepherd Center, Days Inns of America and the NBC News Southeastern Bureau. She has been recognized with over 40 industry awards, including Public Relations Society of America's National Bronze Anvil Award for Consumer Media Relations.
