Shoshana Leon

Shoshana Leon has more than 20 years of corporate communications experience in executive communications, employee communications and change management at companies including Honeywell, Avnet and Sprouts Farmers Market. She joined the Employee Communications team at CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, in 2021. In her current role as senior strategic communications lead, she partners with senior leaders to develop and execute employee communications strategies and plans to increase awareness and understanding of business priorities, initiatives and organizational changes, and enhance employee engagement.
