Steve Mudd

Steve Mudd is the founder and CEO of Talentless AI, an AI-native production studio in Austin, Texas, that helps brands, agencies and event producers create video and visual content with generative AI. He also trains and advises communications teams that want to build AI capabilities in-house. Steve brings more than 12 years of brand voice and creative strategy experience to his work in AI. He led global messaging and content at NetApp and shaped enterprise AI storytelling for IBM Watson at Ogilvy. Today he serves as a resident expert for Ragan Communications and as AI Expert for Propolis, and he is the recipient of the 2026 AI Leadership Award from the Austin AI Alliance.
