T.J. Barber is the Director of Social Media Marketing at BET Networks, for ViacomCBS, where she manages a team of producers and oversees the development, optimization and implementation of brand voice, creative and social media marketing strategies for the BET’s more than 60 social media accounts. Barber also develops strategic digital and social media campaigns that support linear programming and brand initiatives, including content development, execution and paid social media efforts, as well as collaborating with external social and media agencies. She analyzes real-time social listening metrics to inform senior leadership on social campaign performance and strategy, such as increasing BET’s year-over-year growth and performance of its social accounts with double- and triple-digit gains.
