Tai Wingfield is a senior vice president in the employee engagement and change management specialty at Weber Shandwick, where she leads the organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion offering. With more than fifteen years of experience, Wingfield previously served as the senior vice president of communications for the Center for Talent Innovation, a diversity think tank. Wingfield previously worked as a member of Edelman’s Business + Social Purpose practice, overseeing strategy development and implementation for diversity and corporate social responsibility initiatives for Advanced Micro Devices, De Beers, Microsoft Retail, Walmart and Xylem. She is Prosci certified in change management and is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society Future Leaders Experience.
