Tyrese Manigault

Tyrese Manigault is an employee engagement and culture strategist focused on aligning people, insights, and business priorities. As the Senior Manager of Employee Engagement with NASCAR, he leads efforts to strengthen culture, elevate the employee experience, and support a more connected, high-performing workforce.

His work centers on using workforce analytics and culture measurement to assess employee sentiment, identify trends, and inform decision-making. He develops and leads engagement strategies that are grounded in data while remaining responsive to the day-to-day realities of employees. Tyrese partners across functions to align internal communication strategies with business objectives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and connection at all levels of the organization. He also works closely with leadership to translate insights into practical actions that drive alignment, strengthen culture, and improve how employees experience their work.

With experience across both corporate and nonprofit environments, he brings a practical and balanced approach to culture and engagement. His background in communication and public relations supports his ability to connect strategy with execution, navigate complexity, and build trust across teams.

Tyrese has been recognized by the Black Sports Business Symposium and the Florida Black Expo. He is a graduate of Valdosta State University and remains committed to mentorship, service, and supporting others as they grow in their careers while contributing to stronger organizations.
