Wendy Davidson is an experienced global executive with over 25 years of leadership in the consumer-packaged goods industry. Most recently she served as CEO & Board Director of The Hain Celestial Group, a $1.7B global health and wellness company with brands such as Garden Veggie Snacks™, Terra® chips, Earth's Best® and Ella's Kitchen® baby foods, Celestial Seasonings® teas, and Greek Gods® yogurt, among others. Headquartered in the US, with a global footprint across the U.S. Canada, UK, Ireland and Western Europe, Hain products can be found in over 70 countries worldwide.

Wendy previously led the Americas for Glanbia Performance Nutrition, a $1.2B leader in sports nutrition, and held executive roles across multiple regions at Kellogg Company, McCormick & Company, and Tyson Foods.

She currently serves on the boards of First Horizon Corporation (NYSE: FHN) and the Global Board of Trustees for Ronald McDonald House Charities and is an active member of The Fortune’s Most Powerful Women, Chicago Network and the Economic Club of Chicago. She is a past board director on the boards of the Consumer Brands Association (CBA), the Global Consumer Goods Forum, NextUp, as well as past Board Chair of the Luther College Board of Regents and Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF).
