US Cross-Commercial Communications and Corporate Affairs Leader - PwC

Will Hodges is a Senior Director on PwC’s Communications and Corporate Affairs team, serving as the firm’s Cross-Commercial Communications and Corporate Affairs Leader. In this role, Hodges is responsible for shaping holistic stories to position PwC’s capabilities in the market, directing integrated communications strategies and counseling senior leaders across the firm on critical reputation issues.

Hodges has specialized experience in technology and product communications, previously serving as PwC’s US Products and Technology Communications leader, where he set the strategic direction for communicating the firm's product portfolios and generative AI. This included executing the announcement of the US firm’s landmark $1B investment in AI in 2023, leading the firmwide rollout and change strategy for the firm’s own internal generative AI tool, ChatPwC, and coordinating additional multi-national public announcements regarding PwC’s AI capabilities.

Before joining PwC, Hodges gained extensive experience across corporate, agency, and government, where he has advised organizations and executives on a diverse range of high-profile communications and public affairs challenges including crisis and litigation response, mergers and acquisitions, large-scale change initiatives, ballot initiatives and advocacy campaigns. He began his career as a legislative aide for former U.S. Representative Parker Griffith, who represented Alabama’s 5th Congressional District, serving in both the field and in Washington, D.C.

Hodges is an active member of non-profit boards and community organizations and is especially passionate about education and mentorship within the communications field. He lives in Oklahoma with his wife, Spring, and his four children.
