Internal communicators are being asked to do more than ever: connect dispersed teams, align leaders and employees, and prove real business impact amid constant change. Yet many struggle with messages that don’t land, widening gaps between leadership and employee experience, and limited visibility into what’s working. Add in the rapid rise of AI, and the pressure only intensifies. Without clearer insight and strategy, these challenges can erode trust, engagement and alignment across the organization.

Join us on May 14 for this FREE webinar where Axios HQ’s vice president of brand and strategy, Emily Inverso, will cover the 2026 State of Internal Communications — a report with data from more than 1,200 US executives and employees. She’ll do a deep dive on what’s standing in the way and what communicators and leaders can do to pull ahead from those falling behind.

You’ll learn:

  • The most illuminating data from this year’s report.
  • Points of alignment and misalignment between leaders and employees.
  • The strategies and resources you can use to close gaps.
  • And much more.

Bring your questions! Emily is saving time for audience Q&A.

Bonus Takeaways:

  • Report: 2026 State of Internal Communications
  • Guide: Comms in the Age of AI
