SAS employs children to talk about its business
Who wouldn’t want to watch a group of adorable children recite the ABCs to the tune of your company?

The goal was to get employees talking about analytics—not exactly one of those gather-around-the-water-cooler topics.
But the CEO had spoken at SAS—which provides business analytics software and services—and it was up to the communications staff to get the chat started.
They brainstormed, and came up with a solution as easy as A-B-C: get children to talk about analytics and other key terms used by the company, headquartered in Cary, N.C.
“I thought, what if we got the kids to use the words of our business?” says SAS Lisa Arney, internal communications manager.
