5 Ways to Improve
Your Employee Experience

Wednesday, September 14, 2022 • 1-2 p.m. ET

Executive Communications • Employee Communications • Marketing  Strategic Communications • Corporate Culture • Internal Communications • Employee Engagement • HR Communications

“Employee experience” isn’t just a buzzword … it’s a journey. From the moment a person onboards to the moment they may exit, each stage says something about your company, values and overall culture. Internal comms play a crucial role in this journey — from engaging employees at all stages of their tenure to cultivating culture, experience and a sense of belonging. And when it comes to employee experience, comms pros need to have a seat at multiple department tables for knowledge sharing and collaboration.

On Sept. 14, join us for this FREE webinar in partnership with LumApps. We’ll explore five ways internal comms could improve the employee experience — from collaboration-focused technologies to employee surveys and feedback loops and creating safe spaces for employees to be heard.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Survey cadence, how often, how many questions, and how to use the findings
  • How benefits — from wellness to vacation, among others — play a role in the employee journey and how to communicate those offerings
  • Why employee resource groups (ERGs) can be a safe place to be heard among peers and create a culture of empathy and belonging
  • How to build a network of employee influencers to be used internally and externally
  • Why technology is the lynchpin in the overall employee experience

Don't miss this unique opportunity!
