Amid the ongoing evolution of the workplace, one thing remains constant: the pivotal role of employee wellbeing. Today, the dependence on clear vision has never been greater in employee experience. An overwhelming 70% of employees emphasize how vision-related concerns such as eyestrain, light sensitivity and migraines profoundly influence their work and overall productivity — making it clear that organizations need to take proactive measures to address these issues and a higher priority on this aspect of wellness.

Join us on October 16th for this FREE webinar where you’ll learn how to improve the employee experience and wellbeing by safeguarding employees' vision and, in turn, boosting their productivity. You’ll gain insights gleaned from a 2023 survey that sheds light on the transformative shifts in employee behavior regarding comprehensive vision benefits. In this webinar, you’ll walk away with:

  • The workplace wellness initiatives employees request the most, and what to include in your all-encompassing benefit strategy.
  • New survey results detailing employees’ increased focus on holistic health and vision wellness.
  • The impact vision issues, eyestrain and fatigue have on employees, and the most effective ways to address employee eye health.
  • How to communicate vision benefits to employees for increased engagement.

About Transitions Optical:

Transitions® lenses are the No.1 eyecare professional-recommended photochromic lenses worldwide, setting new standards of advanced performance to provide ever increasing visual comfort, and always blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays. Equipped with patented photochromic dyes, the lenses rapidly activate, or darken, when they are exposed to the sun’s UV light. The greater the intensity of UV rays, the darker the lenses become. When UV light is no longer present, including indoors or at night, the lenses fade back to their original clear state.

To meet the diverse light protection needs of consumers, there are different everyday lens options which can be worn indoors and outdoors all day long. Most leading vision care plans — such as Anthem, EyeMed, VSP, and Versant Health’s Davis and Superior plans — cover Transitions lenses for a fixed co-pay that may vary based on your plan’s details. And some offer Transitions lenses to kids for free. For more information about Transitions lenses, visit Transitions.com.
