Cancellations

All cancellations are subject to a $150 service fee (per attendee). Before Oct. 4, 2019, you will receive a refund of your payment minus the service fee. After Oct. 4, 2019, your payment will be credited toward a future Ragan event, minus the service fee. Registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel prior to the event are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind. No exceptions.
