Many respondents rank managing their social media accounts as a bigger hassle than other infamous business irritants, like filing taxes or troubleshooting IT issues.

The good news for PR pros and marketers? Many organizations are looking for help.

Here’s what they say about their social media use:

  • Thirty percent said they were unhappy with their social media ROI.
  • Thirty-nine percent said they were overwhelmed by platform choices.
  • Only 28 percent said they were highly confident in their social media strategy.
