With AI adoption, organizations have to focus on changing roles and workflows in addition to the technology itself. 

“It’s not just enough to give them the tools, but constantly being there as a partner to remind them how to use it, how to build that muscle … and really encourage that adoption journey so that it becomes part of their everyday workflow,” said Daryl Drabinsky, head of social media and communications team AI champion at PwC, during a panel at Ragan’s AI Horizons Conference.  

The lineup also included Tim Willittes, M&A tech innovation lead at Johnson & Johnson, Kristy Lapidus, director of digital culture at Gagen MacDonald, and Kathleen Sheehan Kamenetsky, director of business programs, federal defense team at Microsoft.
