They wove the concept “Celebrate”—one of Navistar’s core values—into video events, a third-quarter celebration, monthly updates, open forums with executives and more. Navistar earned its single-biggest year-over-year market share gain in nearly a decade, thanks largely to the communication effort.
To cap it off, the comms team won the Grand Prize for “Campaign of the Year” in Ragan’s 2018 Employee Communications Awards.
