Seems Ragan has drunk the Microsoft Kool-Aid—or at least I have.

Many readers were frustrated by my story touting the ease, user-friendliness and massive potential of Microsoft’s intranet software, SharePoint 2007. And they let us hear it in the story’s comment section.

“Wish I could share your enthusiasm, but I don’t find it user friendly,” said one reader.

Added another, “A simple Google search will reveal that not everyone shares the same positive views of SharePoint as presented here.”
