Forget boardroom jargon, this CEO is guilty of barroom jargon. If you have a problem with it, as far as he’s concerned you can get the hell out of here!

“How do we fucking win … that’s the challenge, that’s what everybody should be talking about, not my fucking language because it doesn’t matter and if it does you’re in the wrong place!”

That’s Sam Zell, the brash billionaire owner of the Tribune Company, talking to employees at a recent town hall meeting unlike all other town hall meetings. A man known to turnaround ailing industries, he also might revitalize dull and jargon-ridden employee communications.
