Site communicates loads of information, while keeping it simple

These online services are some of the best I’ve seen offered by any hospital.

Also featured on the home page was a news section, with an RSS feed available without having to click through any further. I especially liked the video section here. Using Google video, UW Health has put together a good library that ranges from well-produced, self-created content to appearances of hospital staff on broadcast television.

I like that UW Health offers a Family Resource Center for families of pediatric patients. The Family Resource Center includes a health reference library, books, DVDs and a business center for families of patients to use. I like that the hospital not only offers these services, but also sells them with a concise description and list of features.
