Responsible AI use minimizes the areas of risk, the potential for unintended impact and maximizes the benefits of the tool. 

But without taking steps to address risks, the promised benefits of AI won’t happen. 

“It’s doing this intentional work. It’s having these processes in place, thinking about, what does this mean for not just some of us, but for all of us that we’re intended to serve,” said Diya Wynn, principle of responsible AI and public policy at Amazon Web Services, in a conversation during Ragan’s AI Horizons conference.
