Location: Virtual, but must live in New York Metro Area (NY, NJ, CT) or Chicago

Type: Full-time, 4–5 domestic trips/year

Salary: $80k-$90k

Join Ragan Communications as our next Conference Content Producer. You’ll be responsible for creating agendas that reflect what our audience cares about most, recruiting standout speakers who bring those conversations to life, and helping deliver events that inform, inspire, and energize communicators and PR professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit and collaborate with speakers for live + virtual events
• Write compelling conference agendas that attract and engage attendees
• Develop session topics that resonate with communications and marketing professionals
• Partner with internal teams to refine content
• Moderate and host live and virtual sessions

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, media, or related field
• 3+ years producing content for live/virtual events
• 7+ years editorial/writing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage fast-moving projects and deadlines
• Ability to travel 4–5 times per year
