Recognizing workplaces where communicators thrive
Ragan’s Top Places to Work in Communications Awards honors companies, agencies and nonprofits that support and elevate the work of their communications teams.
This program recognizes the environments where communicators are set up to succeed—through thoughtful leadership, professional growth opportunities and a culture of respect and support.
We’re looking for organizations of all sizes that prioritize their people. Whether you’re a small agency, a nonprofit or a large corporate department, this is your chance to be recognized for the culture you’ve built.
You can also shine a light on specific strengths—such as your employee benefits, career advancement opportunities or executive leadership—through our spotlight categories.
If your workplace empowers communicators to do their best work, we want to hear about it. Submit your entry and show what makes your team one of the best in the business.
