This program recognizes the environments where communicators are set up to succeed—through thoughtful leadership, professional growth opportunities and a culture of respect and support.

HOW TO ENTER

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

This program is open to companies, agencies, nonprofits, and government organizations of all sizes. Vendors are welcome to enter their own work—or submit on behalf of clients.

Global entries are accepted, but all submissions must be in English.

This year’s program is open to any work executed between Oct. 1, 2024, and Oct. 3, 2025, inclusive.

ENTRY FEES

The fee for this program is $550 per entry.

A late fee of $325 per entry will be added to all entries received after 11:59 p.m. Central time, October 3, 2025.

All entries are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What are the benefits of entering?

Who can enter?
Any company, agency, nonprofit or government organization is eligible. Entries are welcome from around the world but must be submitted in English.
What makes a winning entry?
We’re looking for bold ideas, strong results and real impact. Back up your claims with data, employee feedback, retention stats or workplace recognition—and show how your culture supports communicators.
Why are some deadlines extended?
We occasionally offer extensions to accommodate demand or align with promotions.
When will I find out results?
Ragan will recognize companies making this year’s list at a live event in early 2026. All entrants will be notified approximately three months in advance.
