During last month’s Internal Communications Conference at Microsoft HQ in Redmond, WA, Rob Wolf, Senior Director of External Executive Brand, Social, and Thought Leadership at T-Mobile, explained why getting executives comfortable using social media is better, and more effective, than posting on their behalf.
