In the latest episode of our “Ask the Board” video series, we asked members of executive board what questions they ask when they’re facing comms challenges.
“What is this going to feel like for people who are hearing, using or experiencing it for the first time?” said Debra Helwig, director of internal communications and events at Pinion Global. “That question is what’s going to change the conversation. It moves us beyond what we need to communicate and into what employees need to understand and accept.”
